Past due in rent? Past due in utilities?

NCIHA’s NEW Emergency Rental and Utility assistance program (ERAP) can help with up to 12 months of current and past due bills to eligible household living in the private market or in NCIHA managed homes. Homeowners are INELIGABLE for this program. 

To be considered eligible you must be an enrolled member of the below NCIHA Consortium Tribes; Guidiville Indian Rancheria – Hopland Band of Pomo Indians – Manchester Band of Pomo Indians – Mooretown Rancheria of Tyme Maidu Indians – Sherwood Valley Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians – Tyme Maidu Tribe of Berry Creek Rancheria

Funds are received by NCIHA through the U.S. Department of Treasury and are administered through NCIHA’s Resident Services Department. This funding cannot duplicate any other federal assistance.
