Down Payment Assistance for Wilton Rancheria Members
Provides $10,000 down payment financial assistance for Wilton Rancheria Members who are purchasing their first home. This program is funded by Wilton Rancheria and does not have any income or service area restrictions. Members must complete the First Time Home Buyers ‘Pathways’ workshop to be eligible for this assistance. This program is only available to Wilton Rancheria members.
