Hopland 4-Plex
The Hopland 4-Plex is a new apartment complex completed in 2025 to provide housing to chronically homeless members of the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians. To qualify, applicants must have an income which is at, or below, 50% of the Area Median Income as seen in the chart below.Â
