Residential Rehabilitation Project (3 Units) on the Grindstone Rancheria in Elk Creek, CA. The general scope of work includes substantial internal rehabilitation, interior paint, cabinets and countertops replacements and flooring removal, and replacements in each unit. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10am. Contract will be asked to meet at the Grindstone Rancheria Tribal Office Co Rd, 24a Bush St. #305, Elk Creek, CA. 95939. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect the sites and verify lineal measurements.
