Mortgage Assistance
Assistance for consortium members who are home owners and have a monthly mortgage payment. A one time payment of $3000 or 6 monthly payments of $500, paid to the mortgage company. Must be an enrolled member of an NCIHA Consortium tribe, with income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income.Â

The Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority Board of Commissioners has established the following income limits to be eligible for our income based programs. The following limits are effective starting August 8, 2026.
The income limits shown here are based on an annual household income of 80% of Area Median Income based on the number of household members.
