NCIHA is a Tribally Designated Housing Entity (TDHE), established in 1979, that works on behalf of 8 Federally Recognized Tribes in Northern California to carry out housing related programs.

Credit Building For Renters

NCIHA is excited to offer renters the opportunity to utilize our rewarding resident amenity Rent Plus. Rent Plus is a completely optional service that reports all on-time rental payments to credit bureau agencies so you are able to establish, maintain and build your credit score just by paying your rent on time! 

In addition to building credit, Rent Plus offers: Budgeting and savings tools with text alerts and credit tips, a customized assessment-based financial education program and real-time monitoring with a $1 million fraud protection policy. 

You may opt out of Rent Plus at any time, missed payments don’t weigh against you.
