Shall be responsible for managing maintenance crews and modernization projects while carrying out the duties and tasks necessary to maintain NCIHA property in a safe and standard condition including preventative maintenance, implementing systems and procedures to assure efficient and economical services. Have skills necessary to perform work including knowledge of use of materials, tools, computers. equipment and facilities.
