Housing and Disability Assistance Program
Organization Referral

  • We will be adding an HDAP Specialist in our Oroville office soon.
  • HDAP is currently open to receive referral applications! A referral application is not used to determine eligibility for the housing and disability assistance program.
  • Organization Referral are from programs like Tribal Administrators, Health Care Professionals, Red Road, ICWA, Service Providers etc. If you are apply for yourself or someone you know and are not part of these services we have a self referral form on our applications page!

What is HDAP?
HDAP is a program, funded through the California Department of Social Services, designed to assist people experiencing homelessness, who are likely eligible for disability benefits, by providing advocacy for disability benefits as well as housing support.
What services are offered by this program?
HDAP offers housing related financial assistance and wrap-around supportive services including and not limited to: Case Management, Housing Navigation, Rental Assistance, Advocacy, Connection to Services and much more!
Who is Eligible for services under HDAP?
To be Eligible Tribal members must be:
Must be currently homeless or chronically homeless
Need to be eligible to receive Social Security
and not yet receiving any.
If ineligible application can be used to connect applicant to other resources and programs available through various sources.
