The Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority (NCIHA) is soliciting request for proposals for re-evaluation of the Environmental Assessment, completed originally in January of 2018, to develop a 6-acre Multi-Purpose Park to include and no be limited to sports fields, basketball court, fitness zones, disk-golf course, splash pad, swimming pool, play equipment, amphitheater, and relating bathroom facilities, shade, infrastructure and parking.

The deadline to submit proposals has been extended to Friday September 8, 2023.
